Job Description
Weare seeking a Rig Manager is responsible for overseeing all drilling rig operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of drilling activities while managing personnel, equipment, and compliance with industry standards
Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise all rig operations and drilling activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
• Monitor drilling performance, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Oversee maintenance and proper functioning of rig equipment
• Handle emergency situations and ensure risk mitigation
• Coordinate with drilling engineers, contractors, and project teams

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required

Ability to work in offshore/onshore environments
Knowledge of international oil & gas standards
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of drilling processes, equipment, and safety standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
