We are seeking an experienced Rig Manager to oversee drilling rig operations, manage crew, and ensure safe and efficient drilling activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall rig performance and compliance with safety standards
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day drilling rig operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Monitor drilling performance and optimize efficiency
• Coordinate with drilling engineers and project teams
• Maintain equipment and oversee maintenance schedules
• Prepare operational reports and documentation
