Job Description
We are hiring a Rigging Supervisor to supervise and coordinate safe lifting and rigging operations in refinery, petrochemical, and industrial projects in Mesaieed. The role involves managing rigging teams, inspecting lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with lifting plans and HSE regulations, and supporting shutdown and maintenance operations
Responsibilities
• Supervise lifting and rigging operations safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with lifting plans and safety procedures
• Inspect cranes, lifting gear, and rigging equipment before operations
• Coordinate with crane operators, engineers, and site teams
• Conduct toolbox talks and monitor HSE compliance

Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
3–6 years
Required Skills
Communication and problem-solving capability
Knowledge of cranes, slings, shackles, and lifting equipment
Leadership and manpower supervision ability
Rigging and lifting operations expertise
Understanding of HSE, PTW, and lifting safety standards
