* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
* Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer support
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
* Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Valid driving license preferred (if applicable)
