Key Responsibilities

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
* Train and mentor sales staff to improve productivity and performance
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and sales plans
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

* Proven experience in sales and business development
