We are Seeking an Sales Team Leader to lead a team of executives, drive revenue, and ensure consistent target achievement. This is a target-driven, onsite leadership role suited for candidates with strong team handling and closing experience
Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a team of online BDA's
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
• Conduct team huddles, reviews, and performance tracking
• Coach team members on pitching, objection handling, and closing
• Monitor sales funnel, conversions, and productivity metrics
• Support team in closures and high-value deals
• Ensure CRM updates and process adherence
