Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support key human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential files
* Support payroll processing, attendance, leave, and benefits administration
* Coordinate employee performance appraisal and evaluation processes
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
* Conduct employee orientation, training, and engagement activities
* Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and documentation
* Coordinate visa, insurance, and employee contract renewals if required
* Support HR Manager in workforce planning and policy implementation
* Assist in developing HR strategies and improving workplace culture
* Handle exit formalities and employee offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
* Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
