We are seeking an Showroom Manager is responsible for overall showroom operations, including sales performance, stock management, staff supervision, and profitability (P&L). The role focuses on driving revenue, optimizing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer experience
Responsibilities
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and stock audits
• Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff
• Monitor and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) performance
• Implement visual merchandising and display standards
• Coordinate with procurement and management for stock planning
• Prepare sales, stock, and performance reports
