Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure project execution according to plans and specifications, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities
* Ensure project execution according to approved drawings and specifications
* Monitor work progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams
* Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
* Manage site materials, equipment, and workforce allocation
* Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site
* Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines
* Maintain project documentation, records, and reports
* Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion status
* Ensure compliance with company policies and construction regulations
* Participate in project meetings and technical discussions
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
* Strong technical and construction knowledge
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage site operations effectively
* Knowledge of safety and quality standards
Preferred Skills
* Site supervision and project coordination

* Construction planning and execution
* Reporting and documentation management
* Team coordination and leadership
* Time management and multitasking abilities
Experience
* 2–7 years of experience in construction or site engineering roles preferred
