Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to read drawings and technical documents
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations

Experience
2–6 years of experience in construction or site supervision roles preferred

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues
• Manage labor allocation, materials, and equipment usage
• Verify work execution according to approved drawings and specifications
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Monitor work progress and ensure project timelines are achieved
