Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion control
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of ingredients
