Job Description
We are seeking an Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, assisting in medical procedures, and ensuring patient safety while following hospital protocols and healthcare standards
Responsibilities
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse)
• Provide direct patient care including hygiene, mobility, and comfort
• Assess patient conditions and report changes to doctors
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and nursing notes
• Update treatment plans and patient progress
• Provide emotional support and maintain patient confidentiality
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
