Job Description
We are seeking a responsible Store Keeper to manage inventory operations, maintain stock records, and ensure proper storage of materials and supplies efficiently. The candidate should possess strong organizational abilities, knowledge of inventory procedures, and experience handling warehouse or store operations professionally. The role involves monitoring stock movement, coordinating material dispatch activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth store operations while following company procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials according to storage and inventory procedures
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory reports, and material movement documentation regularly
• Coordinate material issuance, dispatch activities, and stock replenishment requirements efficiently
• Conduct periodic stock verification and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly
• Ensure proper arrangement, cleanliness, and safety standards within the store and storage areas
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory reports, and material movement documentation regularly
