Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, and ensure efficient inventory and customer service management. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, retail management knowledge, and experience handling sales, stock control, and operational supervision professionally. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, coordinating with suppliers and staff, and ensuring smooth retail operations while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports, operational records, and store performance updates for management review
• Maintain stock levels, product displays, and inventory accuracy according to company standards
• Ensure store cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company operational procedures
