Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
* Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets
* Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability
* Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation standards
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
* Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and performance analysis
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment
* Implement company policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Monitor cash handling, billing, and financial transactions
* Train, schedule, and evaluate store employees
* Develop strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or related field
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of inventory and retail management systems
* Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Experience
