Responsibilities
• Counsel students on courses, career options, and admission procedures
• Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Provide accurate information about programs, fees, and schedules
• Maintain student records and update CRM systems
• Support marketing activities such as seminars, events, and campaigns
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
