Job Description
The Supply Chain Assistant supports the supply chain team in managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and coordination of goods movement. The role ensures smooth operations by maintaining accurate records and assisting in day-to-day supply chain activities.
Responsibilities
• Assist in procurement and purchase order processing
• Maintain and update inventory and stock records
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
• Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
• Support warehouse operations and stock verification
• Prepare and manage supply chain documentation (POs, invoices, delivery notes)
• Monitor stock levels and reorder requirements
