Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage technical teams, including engineers, developers, and project staff
* Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with company goals
* Oversee project planning, execution, and technical delivery
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
* Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to teams and clients
* Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and project documentation
* Coordinate with management, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Drive innovation, process improvements, and technology adoption
* Conduct performance evaluations and mentor technical staff
* Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
* Master’s degree preferred
* Proven experience in technical leadership or project management roles
* Strong knowledge of technical operations, systems, and project execution
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
* Proficiency in project management tools and technical software
