Skills & Qualifications
Experience Required
1–5 years
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and system maintenance
Good communication and customer support skills
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, OS (Windows/Linux), and networking basics
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Understanding of IT helpdesk tools and ticketing systems
