we are seeking The Accounts Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and supporting financial reporting and compliance. The role ensures smooth financial operations of the organization.
Responsibilities
• Maintain books of accounts (journal, ledger, cash book)
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• Assist in preparing profit & loss and balance sheet reports
• Manage GST, TDS, and tax-related entries and filings
