The candidate should possess excellent communication abilities, knowledge of local tourist destinations, and the capability to manage tour activities professionally. The role involves guiding visitors, coordinating travel schedules, and providing accurate information while ensuring guest safety and customer satisfaction throughout tour operations.
Responsibilities
• Guide tourists during sightseeing tours and explain historical, cultural, and local attractions professionally
• Assist visitors with travel information, schedules, and tour-related support services
• Coordinate tour activities, transportation arrangements, and visitor group management efficiently
• Ensure tourist safety and maintain positive customer experiences during all tour operations
• Maintain communication with travel agencies, hotels, and tourism service providers when required
