• Identify training needs through assessments and performance analysis
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning modules
• Coordinate onboarding and employee development initiatives
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals
• Manage e-learning platforms and learning materials
