Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee transportation activities, manage fleet operations, and ensure timely and safe movement of vehicles and materials. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, transport coordination skills, and experience handling logistics operations professionally. The role involves supervising drivers, monitoring vehicle performance, coordinating transportation schedules, maintaining operational records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company transportation procedures.
Responsibilities
• Supervise daily transportation operations including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and driver coordination
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance activities regularly
• Ensure timely delivery of goods, materials, or personnel according to operational schedules
• Maintain transportation records, trip logs, inspection reports, and fleet documentation accurately
• Enforce compliance with traffic laws, transport safety regulations, and company operational procedures
