Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Work Coordinator to manage daily site activities, coordinate between teams, and ensure construction projects progress smoothly. The candidate will act as a communication bridge between engineers, contractors, vendors, and management to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily construction site activities and workforce schedules
• Communicate project requirements to site staff and subcontractors
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to timelines
• Track materials, equipment, and manpower needs
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material delivery
• Identify delays or issues and escalate to management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications

Experience Required
